As a trainer, I feel I must lead by example. I believe in strength training-based programs. The more lean tissue we have, the better our metabolism functions. Knowing how to build lean tissue and exercise without getting injured has taken me years to accomplish. Lifting weights is much more than moving them from point a to point b. I educate my clients on proper movement and proper nutrition. I’m able to connect to people on a very personable level. I put my heart and soul into all my clients. Fitness is not meant to be hard. It’s a simple process once you know how to do things properly. There are many ways to expedite results in fitness. I will guide you to your goal.
